I love fan fiction. Most great fantasy books play in huge and interesting worlds that one writer alone just cannot fill. Fan fiction fills these worlds with other wonderful stories.
I'm writing such stories, too. This is where all my own work will be published.
The Harry Potter world and its characters belong to J. K. Rowling, all film and merchandising rights to Warner Bros. if I remember correctly.
Harry Potter is my very favourite book series.

Hermione's definitely my favourite character. Read all the Harry Potter books from her point of view. These works are writen in a standalone style; you don't need, in theory, to know the Harry Potter books at all in order to understand the story. Of course, if you don't know Harry Potter already you probably won't be reading my stories, but that's the way I like to write.

'Bearable' is not a word anyone would use to describe life under Scar. Yet compared to Nala's personal fate, the other lionesses' lifes do indeed seem so. With no other choices left, she sets out on a hopeless and perilous journey to find help, without even knowing what this help could possibly look like.
